Welcome to Rosser For Probate Judge!
In July 2011 I began my campaign with a prayer of service to God and service to others. On March 13, 2012 God honored that prayer with a 66% victory margin. Congratulations to Jenna Brooks Smith for a well fought campaign. As we move forward to the general election in November I want to thank everyone who supported our efforts. “Rosser for Probate Judge” has truly become a team effort. The tremendous support you have shown me is deeply appreciated and I can’t remember when I have felt more encouraged. I’m also honored by the trust your vote represents and will make every effort to maintain it; because I believe that trust is not earned it is kept.
My message is the same going forward as it was before the primary election, “I am not interested in being your politician... I AM interested in being your judge. The type of judge who honors the law in the decisions he makes and honors God in how he interacts with others.” Part of the duties of Probate Judges is protecting the interest of children, the aged, and the infirm. Many of you know that much of my law practice has been about protecting the interest of the helpless and sensitivity to their needs will be one of the most important qualities I bring to this job. They are a vital reason why I am looking forward to working in our Probate Court.
The general election will be November 6, 2012 and I will need your vote on that day just as much as I did on March 13. Thank you again for the trust you have placed in me and please continue to support me so I can bring my legal knowledge and experience to our Probate Court.
Sincerely,

Daniel Rosser
